Dr. Anthony Pascucci graduated from the University of Bridgeport School of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to attending medical school, he worked successfully in health care public relations. He became inspired by the tenets of naturopathic medicine and returned to academia as an adult student to earn a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science and minor in Advanced Clinical Nutrition from Misericordia University in Pennsylvania.
While in the naturopathic medicine program at UB, he was very active in student organizations, including roles as President of the Naturopathic Student Government Association, President of the Garden Club, helping maintain UB’s medicinal garden with his beloved teacher and mentor, Dr. Eugene Zampieron (fun fact: the medicinal garden was started by Dr. Young!), Vice-President of the Meditation Club, and Chair of the Annual Polar Plunge Committee – his favorite activity in the program! He also had the distinction of being a Pathfinder at the Center for Excellence in Generative Medicine, where he received training and tutelage from Dr. Peter D’Adamo, and did elective coursework in Generative Medicine.
Dr. Pascucci maintains a strong focus on practicing physical medicine, including particularly gentle osteopathic techniques to address abdominal and gastrointestinal concerns. He regularly cares for patients with gastrointestinal disorders, men’s health issues, and chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, arthritis and diabetes.

Dr. P’s future goals for his career include becoming certified in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT), with the goal of specializing with patients ranging from newborns with tongue-ties or other orofacial dysfunctions, to adults who continue maladaptive patterns as a result of unresolved dysfunctions. Having been born with a tongue-tie himself, this is an area Dr. P feels very passionate about. This personal connection formed the basis for his thesis in medical school, A New Protocol for Clinically Diagnosing Craniofacial Dysfunction, which sought to develop a targeted intake of signs and symptoms with specific physical exam findings to better diagnose such dysfunctions.
Dr. Pascucci honors the power of the mind and body to heal using traditional naturopathic techniques and marrying them with modern functional medicine testing and clinical nutrition. His true passion is with mind body medicine and empowering patients with breathwork, meditation and mindfulness. He is trained in Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Level 1 Pranic healing.
Dr. P first became interested in the mind/body connection early in his life, having studied martial arts starting at the age of four, and rising to the level of black belt in Tang Soo Do. As a result, he still maintains a love for meditation, yoga, and physical fitness, such as weight lifting, and has taught himself some basic gymnastics for fun.
Having grown up in Northeast Pennsylvania, he has always felt at home in the outdoors, and considers hiking and exploring as one of his favorite hobbies.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Pascucci has always enjoyed playing and listening to music, having been raised as a drummer since an early age by his father, a lifelong musician. His original education was in filmmaking and photography from the Pennsylvania State University – creative outlets he still taps into. He is a cinephile and audiophile, appreciating the history, theory and techniques of filmmaking and music. He also enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures and perspectives. Dr. P also has dreams and aspirations to incorporate his love for creative pursuits with that of naturopathic medicine.
