Dr. Brad Brooks

Dr. Brad Brooks completed his doctorate in osteopathic medicine (DO) at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNECOM) and medical training at the Eastern Connecticut Medical Residency Program (ECMRP). He is board-certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM), and received specialized training in ultrasound-guided injections and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). Dr. Brooks joined Collaborative Natural Health Partners in 2019 and provides comprehensive integrative primary care for adolescents and adults.

Prior to practicing medicine, Dr. Brooks earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Gordon College where he discovered a passion for health education as a teaching and research assistant. This passion gained momentum at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute where he contributed to the development of novel cellular therapies utilizing hematopoietic stem cells and gene transfer techniques. He expanded his knowledge of regenerative medicine at the Boston Medical Center where he coordinated clinical research trials on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and published in the Journals of Gerontology Biological Studies and Medical Studies, Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), and the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM).

Practicing medicine with the understanding that every person is unique, Dr. Brooks aims to support his patients with personalized treatment plans that empower and enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Dr. Brooks treats his patients through the collaboration of care with naturopathic physicians and other specialists, as well as lifestyle medicine, conventional medicine, regenerative medicine with platelet-rich plasma (PRP), osteopathic manual manipulation (OMM), bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).

Beyond his professional passions, Dr. Brooks finds balance in life with yoga, hiking, rowing, reading, cooking, woodworking, attending live music, and cherishing moments with his wife, son, and feline friends.
