Dr. Mary Tracey studied Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Southern Connecticut State University. It was during her undergraduate studies that her passion for health was ignited. After taking various public health and medical anthropology courses, Dr. Tracey started to acknowledge the incredible need for public education in order for people to take back control of their health. Thus, Dr. Tracey decided to pursue her career as a Naturopathic Doctor, receiving her medical degree from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Tracey continued her education to receive a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from East West College of Natural Medicine.

During her educational pursuits, Dr. Tracey has acquired valuable knowledge pertaining to the inner-workings of the human body, along with methods to promote long-term states of health and wellness. Her areas of focus include women’s health, pain management, and chronic disease intervention.

In her free time, Dr. Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, and exploring the outdoors.
