Dr. Pasternak’s Chick Pea Cookies
Ingredients:
• 1 can garbanzo beans
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup almond butter
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp gluten free vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until mixed
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes
Because there is no raw egg, you could also enjoy this recipe raw! It tastes just like cookie dough!
