We have partnered with Quest Diagnostics to offer the most affordable access to laboratory services. Our phlebotomist, Teresa, brings years of experience, professionalism and kindness to the team. Working with Quest allows us to offer our patients the ability to have specialty testing done with no additional draw fees.

Because this service is exclusively for our patients, you are able to have less wait times and more personalized service.

Quest Diagnostics In-Office Phlebotomist Services for Collaborative Natural Health Patients can also service CNHP patients for their other healthcare providers. If you are a ProHealth patient, please bring their paper requisitions to present at the time of service, since paperwork must accompany their specimens to the lab.

The laboratory entrance is at the far right door, shared with The Apothecary, as you face the building. Upon entering, there is a sign-in sheet to your left requesting first name, cell phone #, time of arrival and date, to offer patient care on a first-come, first-served basis. To maintain social distancing, patients are asked to wait in their cars and be called in by cell phone when it is their turn. At this time, appointments are only scheduled for glucose tolerance testing, to allow a timely consumption of the prescribed beverage and ensure all specimen(s) can be collected before the lab closes.

This location CAN do courtesy draws for kits and ship them to other laboratories, when having any Quest blood work being collected at the same time.

  • US BIOTEK kits can be drawn at any time because of lengthy specimen stability.
  • AVISE kits may be collected any time except the days prior to a major holiday.
  • For any other kits, please feel free to call to confirm what days they can be collected. Most will be safe on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to allow for same day shipping (as long it’s not the day prior to a major holiday). If the kit requires specimens to be sent frozen, it will be best to have done early (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) to make time for processing and give 2 additional hours for samples to freeze through before packaging for same day Fed Ex pick up.
